We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This includes data like your browser type, device, and which pages you visit. IP addresses are anonymized before being stored. We do not use remarketing features, custom dimensions, or user identifiers.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, organisation, email address, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Messages are delivered to our email inbox and deleted after a short period.

Legal basis for processing

• Google Analytics: Your consent is not required because we use anonymized analytics that do not personally identify you.
• Contact form: Data is processed under the legal basis of legitimate interest – specifically, responding to user-initiated communication.

Data retention

• Analytics data is retained for no more than 12 months.
• Contact form submissions are deleted within a few days after resolution.

• Zoho (for receiving form submissions)
